Commiting camera tracking integration gsoc project into trunk.
This commit includes:
- Bundled version of libmv library (with some changes against official repo,
re-sync with libmv repo a bit later)
- New datatype ID called MovieClip which is optimized to work with movie
clips (both of movie files and image sequences) and doing camera/motion
tracking operations.
- New editor called Clip Editor which is currently used for motion/tracking
stuff only, but which can be easily extended to work with masks too.
This editor supports:
* Loading movie files/image sequences
* Build proxies with different size for loaded movie clip, also supports
building undistorted proxies to increase speed of playback in
undistorted mode.
* Manual lens distortion mode calibration using grid and grease pencil
* Supervised 2D tracking using two different algorithms KLT and SAD.
* Basic algorithm for feature detection
* Camera motion solving. scene orientation
- New constraints to "link" scene objects with solved motions from clip:
* Follow Track (make object follow 2D motion of track with given name
or parent object to reconstructed 3D position of track)
* Camera Solver to make camera moving in the same way as reconstructed camera
This commit NOT includes changes from tomato branch:
- New nodes (they'll be commited as separated patch)
- Automatic image offset guessing for image input node and image editor
(need to do more tests and gather more feedback)
- Code cleanup in libmv-capi. It's not so critical cleanup, just increasing
readability and understanadability of code. Better to make this chaneg when
Keir will finish his current patch.

so path manipulation functions dont run multiple times on the same path in the case of sequence strips where the one directory is used as the base for many images.

Added a visitor function to simplify processing of file paths that are attached to IDs. This is used for images, and could be used for other ID types in future.

path when setting to a relative value, before this you could never be sure if a libraries absolute path was valid or not because the user might have changed the relative library path in the outliner, now setting from the outliner and py/rna syncs the absolute path.

* Split off the make single-user code used for the ID-browser into a
function in blenkernel which can be used elsewhere. Getting materials
to also work using this method proved to be a bit too tricky (due to
the whole messy ob vs obdata situation), so I haven't done that.

* Separated the append/link function into three parts:
** BLO_library_append_begin finds main for appending

** BLO_library_append_end actually reads and expands the libraries
NOTE 1:
I also changed the returned properties for the filebrowser operators to the following convention:
"path" - the full path to a file or directory, means what is in directory + filename buttons in filebrowser
"directory" - the content of the directory button in filebrowser
"filename" - the content of the filename button in filebrowser
Usually only path should be required, but in some cases it might be more convenient to retrieve the parts separately.

Make local and make single user are back for ID template.
Internally these calls got unified, id_make_local and
id_copy are now used to do these operations for all types
that support it. Also reveals that for some ID types the
implementation is still missing.
Further, some small changes:
* unlink_text is now in blenkernel.
* copy_group was implemented.
* ID template now has an open operator again.
* fix preview to not change material reference count,
even if temporary it shows up with threaded preview.
* id_unlink unifies unlink for text, object and group.

Added utility func tag_main for (un)tagging every ID in a Main database with LIB_DOIT.

BKE_library.h, library.c - utility functions for flagging listbases flag_all_listbases_ids and and flag_listbase_ids

Existing data is flagged with LIB_APPEND_TAG and all_local only has an option to only operate on un-flagged data.
If you append an object thats linked to a material alredy linked in your scene, the material will not be made local.
So at worst youll need to make local some of the datablocks.
This is fairly simple and though my tests show it to work, do some tests on your own libraries before assuming its problem free.
scripttemplate_mesh_edit wasnt updated with PyAPI changes and moved some functions into generic places.

Note: the intent of the original modification (and these updates) is not to
change how new_id() functions. What has been done is to pull out the code
which calculates a new name for an ID in the case of duplicate, as would
happen when you copy any datablock, into a separate function. This code is
necessary in the new Python Library module, since it otherwise is extremely
difficult to locate a new datablock appended from a library. new_id() calls
this separate function to generate a name for the new ID if necessary, just
as it previously did.
To make the purpose of this new function clearer, I renamed it
check_for_dupid() and added more extensive comments. I repeat, it's not
meant to be a substitute for new_id().
