No reason to handle those paths here, those are fully internal temp

This implements the design detailed in T92696 to support virtual
filenames for UDIM textures. Currently, the following 2 substitution
tokens are supported:
| Token | Meaning |
| ----- | ---- |
| <UDIM> | 1001 + u-tile + v-tile * 10 |
| <UVTILE> | Equivalent to u<u-tile + 1>_v<v-tile + 1> |
Example for u-tile of 3 and v-tile of 1:
filename.<UDIM>_ver0023.png --> filename.1014_ver0023.png
filename.<UVTILE>_ver0023.png --> filename.u4_v2_ver0023.png
For image loading, the existing workflow is unchanged. A user can select
one or more image files, belonging to one or more UDIM tile sets, and
have Blender load them all as it does today. Now the <UVTILE> format is
"guessed" just as the <UDIM> format was guessed before.
If guessing fails, the user can simply go into the Image Editor and type
the proper substitution in the filename. Once typing is complete,
Blender will reload the files and correctly fill the tiles. This
workflow is new as attempting to fix the guessing in current versions
did not really work, and the user was often stuck with a confusing
situation.
For image saving, the existing workflow is changed slightly. Currently,
when saving, a user has to be sure to type the filename of the first
tile (e.g. filename.1001.png) to save the entire UDIM set. The number
could differ if they start at a different tile etc. This is confusing.
Now, the user should type a filename containing the appropriate
substitution token. By default Blender will fill in a default name using
the <UDIM> token but the user is free to save out images using <UVTILE>
if they wish.

This includes adjustment of rBc12d8a72cef5 to the new path traversal code
introduced in rBe5e8db73df86.
|
|
Add flag to `BKE_bpath_traverse_id()` and friends to skip weak
references (see below). This makes a distinction between "this blend
file depends on that file" and "this blend file references that file,
but doesn't directly use its data". This distinction is for the Asset
Bundle install operator, which refuses to copy the blend file when it's
not self-contained.
Weak references are those that are not directly used by the blend file,
but are still present to allow path rewriting. For example, when an
Asset is loaded its originating blend file is saved in
`ID::library_weak_reference`; this reference is purely for deduplication
purposes, and not for actually loading any data.

The main goal of this refactor is to make BPath module use `IDTypeInfo`,
and move each ID-specific part of the `foreach_path` looper into their
own IDTypeInfo struct, using a new `foreach_path` callback.
Additionally, following improvements/cleanups are included:
* Attempt to get better, more consistent namings.
** In particular, move from `path_visitor` to more standard `foreach_path`.
* Update and extend documentation.
** API doc was moved to header, according to recent discussions on this
topic.
* Remove `BKE_bpath_relocate_visitor` from API, this is specific
callback that belongs in `lib_id.c` user code.
NOTE: This commit is expected to be 100% non-behavioral-change. This
implies that several potential further changes were only noted as
comments (like using a more generic solution for
`lib_id_library_local_paths`, addressing inconsistencies like path of
packed libraries always being skipped, regardless of the
`BKE_BPATH_FOREACH_PATH_SKIP_PACKED` `eBPathForeachFlag` flag value,
etc.).

Match API naming prefix (BKE_vfont_*) and DNA_vfont_types.h.

This commit adds to ID struct a new optional 'weak reference' to a
linked ID (in the form of a blend file library path and full ID name).
This can then be used on next append to try to find a matching local ID
instead of re-making the linked data local again.
Ref. T90545
NOTE: ID re-use will be disabled for regular append for the time being
(3.0 release), and only used for assets. Therefore, this commit should
not change anything user-wise.

We now use a for_each function with callback to iterate through all sequences in the scene.
This has the benefit that we now only loop over the sequences in the scene once.
Before we would loop over them twice and allocate memory to store temporary data.
The allocation of temporary data lead to unintentional memory leaks if the code used returns to exit out of the iteration loop.
The new for_each callback method doesn't allocate any temporary data and only iterates though all sequences once.

We have our own assert implementation, `BLI_assert()` that is prefered over the
C standard library one. Its output is more consistent across compilers and
makes termination on assert failure optional (through `WITH_ASSERT_ABORT`).
In many places we'd include the C library header without ever accessing it.

saving with 'Remap Relative' option
Caused by rBf7386b97571e.
Logic in BKE_bpath_traverse_main calls the callback multiple times [as
often as there are images in the strip].
Prior to above commit, the callback was
'bpath_relative_convert_visit_cb' [this one did not have this problem -
since it returned early if the path was already made relative once]
After rBf7386b97571e though, the 'bpath_relative_rebase_visit_cb' is
used [this one should not be entered multiple times, it would modifiy the
directy again and again].
Luckily, we have a flag (BKE_BPATH_TRAVERSE_SKIP_MULTIFILE) that can be
used to prevent this (this will take care of only calling the callback
once in BKE_bpath_traverse_main for the VSE case)
Could be backported to 2.83 I think.

This patch contains the work that I did during my week at the Code Quest - adding support for tiled images to Blender.
With this patch, images now contain a list of tiles. By default, this just contains one tile, but if the source type is set to Tiled, the user can add additional tiles. When acquiring an ImBuf, the tile to be loaded is specified in the ImageUser.
Therefore, code that is not yet aware of tiles will just access the default tile as usual.
The filenames of the additional tiles are derived from the original filename according to the UDIM naming scheme - the filename contains an index that is calculated as (1001 + 10*<y coordinate of the tile> + <x coordinate of the tile>), where the x coordinate never goes above 9.
Internally, the various tiles are stored in a cache just like sequences. When acquired for the first time, the code will try to load the corresponding file from disk. Alternatively, a new operator can be used to initialize the tile similar to the New Image operator.
The following features are supported so far:
- Automatic detection and loading of all tiles when opening the first tile (1001)
- Saving all tiles
- Adding and removing tiles
- Filling tiles with generated images
- Drawing all tiles in the Image Editor
- Viewing a tiled grid even if no image is selected
- Rendering tiled images in Eevee
- Rendering tiled images in Cycles (in SVM mode)
- Automatically skipping loading of unused tiles in Cycles
- 2D texture painting (also across tiles)
- 3D texture painting (also across tiles, only limitation: individual faces can not cross tile borders)
- Assigning custom labels to individual tiles (drawn in the Image Editor instead of the ID)
- Different resolutions between tiles
There still are some missing features that will be added later (see T72390):
- Workbench engine support
- Packing/Unpacking support
- Baking support
- Cycles OSL support
- many other Blender features that rely on images
Thanks to Brecht for the review and to all who tested the intermediate versions!

The basic idea is that such new images will be packed into the .blend file
when saving all modified images from the quit dialog. To make this workflow
nicer a number of changes were made to how this type of packed image is
handled.
* "Save Modified Images" now packs generated images into the .blend file.
* "Save As" for packed images now automatically unpacks the image, so that
it's easy to save automatically packed images. "Save Copy" keeps it packed.
* "Save" for packed images now re-saves the image into the .blend file, so
that it's effectively the equivalent of "Save" for non-packed images.
* Empty image filepaths are no longer remapped when saving the .blend file.
Previously it would become e.g. "//../../" which makes no sense for generated
images with no filepath yet.
* Hide unpack button and filepath for such packed images with no filepath.
Unpacking does not work in a predictable way without a filepath, better
to just "Save As".
