Apply clang format as proposed in T53211.

without conflicts, see:

While \file doesn't need an argument, it can't have another doxy
command after it.
|

Move \ingroup onto same line to be more compact and
make it clear the file is in the group.

* Use simple default view transform for color pickers, as Filmic does not work
well for all types of colors. We better handle this with an option and tagging
of colors as emissive or albedo like.
* For solid/workbench we also no longer use Filmic, as there is not enough contrast
and it's not really needed since this is not physically based lighting.
* For lookdev always take into account the view transform and look. Other view
settings like exposure are only taken into account if scene lighting is used,
since these are often dependent on scene light intensity.
Fixes T61022, T57649, T59363.

BF-admins agree to remove header information that isn't useful,
to reduce noise.
- BEGIN/END license blocks
Developers should add non license comments as separate comment blocks.
No need for separator text.
- Contributors
This is often invalid, outdated or misleading
especially when splitting files.
It's more useful to git-blame to find out who has developed the code.
See P901 for script to perform these edits.

This commit adds support for new curve tool and adds more functionalities to the existing primitives, including new handles, editing, stroke thickness curve, noise, preview of the real stroke, etc.
Thanks to @charlie for his great contribution to this improvement.

Helps separate variable names from descriptive text.
Was already used in some parts of the code,
double space and dashes were used elsewhere.

The idea is to reflect that the view settings are the best
for cases when one wants to see things as if they are a
render result.
|

Solves weird situation when default display name is queried
from OCIO, but Default view being assumed to be set for it.
Now view is initialized to a default view of that display.

This reverts commit b8c9df6f21587014cb6f11aa5bed6f9c1044e6ee. The code is not
correct with regards to color management, and its purpose was not documented.

Available in RGB Curve node in the compositor and as modifier in the
sequencer. I reshuffled the values of the enum. But a the first commit
is just 1 day old I think that the order is more important than the file
compatibility.

Film-like curves for the RGB Curve node (Compositor) and Curve Modifier
(Sequencer)
Film-like curves originated from Adobe.
"It’s an RGB curve where the tone curve is applied on the largest and smallest value, and then the middle value is adapted to keep a constant hue as defined by RGB-HSL/HSV. In terms of look and saturation increase it’s very similar to a pure RGB curve, more so than a HSL-L curve or HSV-V curve, but some color shift problems are avoided."
Other tools like Natron, Krita and RawTherapee have implemented this curve tone.

This commit merge the full development done in greasepencil-object branch and include mainly the following features.
- New grease pencil object.
- New drawing engine.
- New grease pencil modes Draw/Sculpt/Edit and Weight Paint.
- New brushes for grease pencil.
- New modifiers for grease pencil.
- New shaders FX.
- New material system (replace old palettes and colors).
- Split of annotations (old grease pencil) and new grease pencil object.
- UI adapted to blender 2.8.
You can get more info here:
https://code.blender.org/2017/12/drawing-2d-animation-in-blender-2-8/
https://code.blender.org/2018/07/grease-pencil-status-update/
This is the result of nearly two years of development and I want thanks firstly the other members of the grease pencil team: Daniel M. Lara, Matias Mendiola and Joshua Leung for their support, ideas and to keep working in the project all the time, without them this project had been impossible.
Also, I want thanks other Blender developers for their help, advices and to be there always to help me, and specially to Clément Foucault, Dalai Felinto, Pablo Vázquez and Campbell Barton.

This commit does two things:
- Adds an option to do the calculation in different color spaces (BT601
or BT709).
- Changes the default caluclation from legacy BT601 to BT709.
This affects several areas:
- UI areas (mainly scopes)
- ViewLevelsNode
- Several other nodes that use `COM_ConvertOperation.h`

Those pointers are never to be aliased, so let's be explicit about this and hope
compiler does save some CPU ticks.

Now all the fine-tuning is happening using parallel range settings structure,
which avoid passing long lists of arguments, allows extend fine-tuning further,
avoid having lots of various functions which basically does the same thing.
|
|
Wrap all arguments into TLS type of argument. Avoids some branching and also
makes it easier to extend things in the future.

Noisy change, but safe, and better do it sooner than later if we are to
rework copying code. Also, previous commit shows this *is* useful to
catch some mistakes.

This patch supports auto-clamped handles for curves,
useful since without this it can be difficult to have 'flat' sections of a curve.

This diff adds a 6th drawing mode to the Waveform Scope.
The new mode shows the RGB colour channels overlaid as a "Full colour" waveform.
The old "Red Green Blue" mode is renamed "Parade" which is the standard industry
term for RGB channels shown side-by-side.
This full colour style of waveform is very much more useful for colour grading than the
Parade mode and is the default waveform for many artists.
Files from older Blender versions which show scopes open as expected.
Patch by John Cox (johnedwardcox), thanks!

Two were actual bugs, though they existed only in unused code:
* In Freestyle it was unintentionally copying a scene rather than referencing it.
* In BLI_array_store_is_valid there was use of uninitialized memory.

Gives over 50% faster scope update (from 4.5ms to 2.2ms here with SD shot)!
Probably mostly due to more clever usage of thread-local data (which avoids any lock,
when OMP code had a rather stupid critical section for minmax)...

Vector handle is only required for a symmetric curve to give nice a /\ shape.
Single slope curves better to use AUTO handle by default.

Shutter curve now can be controlled using curve mapping widget in the motion
blur panel in Render buttons. Only mapping from 0..1 by x axis are allowed,
Y values will be normalized to fill in 0..1 space as well automatically.
Y values of 0 means fully closed shutter, Y values of 1 means fully opened
shutter.
Default mapping is set to old behavior when shutter opens and closes instantly.
This shutter mapping curve could easily be used by any other render engine by
accessing scene.render.motion_blur_shutter_curve.

Previously curve mapping was always setting to only a single slope which then
was symmetrizied by a tools (such as brush or compositing).
With this change it's possible to set curve to symmetrical slopes as a part
of preset.

This commits makes scopes evaluation multithreaded by using OpenMP
for the outer loop of pixel processor. it also makes all the changes
needed for keeping performance as high as possible by keeping data
local to thread for as long as it's possible.
