Previously this only worked for some datablocks relevant to rendering, now it
can be used to detect if any type of datablock was added or removed (but not
yet to detect if it was modified, we need many more depsgraph tags for that).
Most of the changes are some function parameter changes, the important parts
are the DAG_id_type_tag calls.

rename change/is_change/is_changed/modified -> changed
also use bools over int/short/char and once accidental float.

This makes a number of operators no longer ask for confirmation, rather it will
show an info message after performing the operation. Ref T37422 for decision. In
particular, these were changed:
* Delete objects, bones, keyframes, masks, mask curves, motion tracks, markers.
* Clear and delete keyframes in the 3D view.
* Align bone to parents.
* Separate bones from armature.
* Group/ungroup metastrips in sequencer.
* Copy/paste objects to/from buffer.

Only forbid negframes when user has not allowed them in whole Blender (userpref, editing). Else, it's more than annoying to not be able to draw negframed gpencil.
|

Also done a few cleanup here and there...

* new/remove for GPencil frames/strokes/
* add/pop for points
* clear for frame/layer & grease_pencil
* copy for frame
+ fix for free_gpencil_frames() not clearing the active frame

As suggested by Campbell on the IRC gave grease pencil its own notifier type (NC_GPENCIL) and made the makesrna notifier functions actually update properly.
Also got the #ifdef'd GreasePencil.layers.[new/remove] functions working.

--debug
--debug-ffmpeg
--debug-python
--debug-events
--debug-wm
This makes debug output easier to read - event debug prints would flood output too much before.
For convenience:
--debug-all turns all debug flags on (works as --debug did before).
also removed some redundant whitespace in debug prints and prefix some prints with __func__ to give some context.

- move GS() define into DNA_ID.h
- add BLI_utildefines as an automatic include with makesrna generated files.

MAKE_ID, FILE_MAXDIR, moved the generic defines to BLI_utildefines.h.

Only one functional change where Transform orientations passed "" to BIF_createTransformOrientation() which could then have the value written into.

It is now possible to make Grease Pencil Layers to keep displaying and editing the current sketch-frame with this option. This allows to draw a frame which contains markings made for different times (i.e. a spacing/timing chart that you can keep adding to as you scrub to different points on the timeline).
Use the clipboard/camera toggle (the one beside the visibility toggle) to enable. This should get an icon of its own at some point...

* Convert all code to use new functions.
* Branch maintainers may want to skip this commit, and run this
conversion script instead, if they use a lot of math functions
in new code:

* Convert operator - can currently be used to convert active Grease Pencil layer to curves. I had a look at making this part of a special "curve sketching" macro, though it seems that we cannot have modal operators coming first in a macro (and also cannot specify operator calling modes)
* Delete Active Frame operator - does what its name say it does. It deletes the active frame for the active layer of Grease Pencil sketches.

* Restored option to have strokes aligned to screen space. By default, this is not enabled (the setting for view-space is the default instead).
* Fixed bugs related to drawing/erasing in screen space.

1) Remove WITH_FREETYPE2 from code, so now blender always need freetype2
2) Remove the old bmfont
3) Remove ftfont and bFTGL library
4) Implement a new BLF_draw_default function for place that still need/use
the old BMF api.
I try to update both, scons and cmake, but I only can test with make, so
hope all work fine.
MSVC is broken, but I don't have Windows, things to search and fix are
any reference to WITH_FREETYPE2, FTGL and BMFONT (take in care that
blenkernel also have a BKE_bmfont.h, this don't have anything to do with bmfont).
Always have to link/include the freetype2 library
Remove any reference to libbmfont
Remove any reference to libftfont
Remove any reference to libbftgl (or libbFTGL)
