Now that B-Bone shape data is kept in bPoseChannel_Runtime, the armature level cache only holds one quaternion value per bone. It can also be moved to runtime, and the structure removed. This has an additional effect that, as far as I can tell, now the Armature modifier can run as soon as all of the bones it actually needs are done, thus making T59848 a purely depsgraph level problem.

because of the put in Collection order, sometimes fail. Remove remapping to new IDs from `BKE_object_duplicate()` itself, doing it here will break later remapping done after all desired objects have been duplicated, preventing complete remap of ID pointers used in obdata and other sub-data of duplicated objects. Checked, the only two usages of this function were already doing separated later step for this anyway.

Convention was not to but after discussion on 918941483f7e we agree its best to change the convention. Names now mostly follow RNA. Some exceptions: - Use 'nodetrees' instead of 'nodegroups' since the struct is called NodeTree. - Use 'gpencils' instead of 'grease_pencil' since 'gpencil' is a common abbreviation in the C code. Other exceptions: - Leave 'wm' as it's a list of one. - Leave 'ipo' as is for versioning.

This behavior matches back-face culled mesh objects, where the wire outline doesn't depend on the viewing angle. Applying this before empty visibility check for view framing, since it's strange if viewing all gives different results depending on back-face culling.

This reverts part of rBbc5482337669. Problem with above commit is that the evaluated object seems to not have partype, par1, par2, par3 copied from the original (yet). Using original object instead now. Second issue (when parenting to 'Bone Relative') is that the bones BONE_RELATIVE_PARENTING flag is set on the original, but not the evaluated bone (yet), setting this on both now. Was caused by another fix in the area, and root to the wrong though that transformation is only initialized from a fully evaluated dependency graph. The latter one is not a case when changing transformation mode. Solved by copying transform to an evaluated object.

As discussed with @billreynish this makes little sense now that we don't have a dedicated textured mode. We don't have a superior texture or shaded mode anymore and we also cannot mix different engines together (workbench with eevee/lookdev). The only feature it removes is the possibility to hide textures for certain object in solid mode.

Issue is, ob->id.us is not relevant anymore here, since several collection might be referencing it inside of a same scene, that is still only one usage from user perspective... Note that for now we are just counting scenes instantiating an object, time will say wether we need more refined/complete check (as a reminder, most [all?] other Object usages are *not* refcounting ones).

This removes a bunch of animation/driver evaluations and recalc flags that should be redundant in the new depsgraph, and were incorrectly affecting the evaluated scene in a permanent way. Still two cases that could be removed if the depsgraph is improved, in BKE_object_handle_data_update and BKE_cachefile_update_frame. For physics subframe interpolation there are also still calls to BKE_object_where_is_calc that should ideally be removed as well, though they are not known to cause keyframing bugs. Some features are incompatible with multithreading and reliable evaluation of dependencies. We are now removing them as part of a bigger cleanup to fix bugs in keyframing and invalid animation evaluations. * Dupliframes have been removed. This was a hack added before there were more powerful features like the array modifier. * Slow parent has been removed, never worked in 2.8. It was always unreliable for use in production due to depending on whatever frame was previously evaluated, which was not always the previous frame. * Particle instanced objects used to have their transform evaluated at the particle time. Now it always gets the current time transform. * Boids can no longer do predictive avoidance of force field objects, but still for other particles.
