Tabs in middle of code (mostly for no reason / by accident).

- Read-only access can often use EvaluationContext.object_mode
- Write access to go to WorkSpace.object_mode.
- Some TODO's remain (marked as "TODO/OBMODE")
- Add-ons will need updating
(context.active_object.mode -> context.workspace.object_mode)
- There will be small/medium issues that still need resolving
this does work on a basic level though.

Brushes themselves are still affected by the mask, but the viewport is not
showing the mask. This way it's easier to see details while sculpting.

This reverts change to BKE_brush_add,
callers now remove the extra user.
Note this isn't very convenient for callers but
is consistent with other ID types.
In the future we will probably remove this and have new
ID's created with zero users.

The RenderResult struct still has a listbase of RenderLayer, but that's ok
since this is strictly for rendering.
* Subversion bump (to 2.80.2)
* DNA low level doversion (renames) - only for .blend created since 2.80 started
Note: We can't use DNA_struct_elem_find or get file version in init_structDNA,
so we are manually iterating over the array of the SDNA elements instead.
Note 2: This doversion change with renames can be reverted in a few months. But
so far it's required for 2.8 files created between October 2016 and now.

This secondary accumulation option accumulated brush falloff.
The same option in image painting accumulates color
as vertex paiht 'Spray' does.
Giving this option different behavior for vertex paint seems strange.
Also this is basically increasing falloff over time.
Remove the new code, expose existing 'Spray' as 'Accumulate'
to match other paint modes.

Notes:
- Changes in paint_vertex.c were simple to merge, mainly related on passing
evaluation context.
- Conflicts in EditDM and drawmesh.c are solved using code from blender2.8
branch. Those areas are deprecated and not to be used in final release.
However, it's possible that some reference code from master is lost, so
keep attention when adding alpha support for vertex painting.

When painting with spray disabled - we need to re-apply
on top of the original each time.
Applying the soc-2016-pbvh-painting branch removed this.
While I'd added back a simple previous weight array,
this won't work when multiple groups are painted at once.

- Clamp accumulate so it doesn't exceed brush strength.
- Was multiplying by brush strength twice.

GSOC 2017 by Darshan Kadu, see: D2859.
This is a partial merge of some of the features from
the soc-2017-vertex_paint branch.
- Alpha painting & drawing.
- 10 new color blending modes.
- Support for vertex select in vertex paint mode.

- Mirrored painting and radial symmetry, like in sculpt mode.
- Volume based splash prevention,
which avoids painting vertices far away from the 3D brush location.
- Normal based splash prevention,
which avoids painting vertices with normals opposite the normal
at the 3D brush location.
- Blur mode now uses a nearest neighbor average.
- Average mode, which averages the color/weight
of the vertices within the brush
- Smudge mode, which pulls the colors/weights
along the direction of the brush
- RGB^2 color blending, which gives a more accurate
blend between two colors
- multithreading support. (PBVH leaves are painted in parallel.)
- Foreground/background color picker in vertex paint

2.8x branch added bContext arg in many places,
pass eval-context instead since its not simple to reason about what
what nested functions do when they can access and change almost anything.
Also use const to prevent unexpected modifications.
This fixes crash loading files with shadows,
since off-screen buffers use a NULL context for rendering.

This will allow much finer controll over how we copy data-blocks, from
full copy in Main database, to "lighter" ones (out of Main, inside an
already allocated datablock, etc.).
This commit also transfers a llot of what was previously handled by
per-ID-type custom code to generic ID handling code in BKE_library.
Hopefully will avoid in future inconsistencies and missing bits we had
all over the codebase in the past.
It also adds missing copying handling for a few types, most notably
Scene (which where using a fully customized handling previously).
Note that the type of allocation used during copying (regular in Main,
allocated but outside of Main, or not allocated by ID handling code at
all) is stored in ID's, which allows to handle them correctly when
freeing. This needs to be taken care of with caution when doing 'weird'
unusual things with ID copying and/or allocation!
As a final note, while rather noisy, this commit will hopefully not
break too much existing branches, old 'API' has been kept for the main
part, as a wrapper around new code. Cleaning it up will happen later.

Note that some little parts of code have been dissabled because eval_ctx
was not available there. This should be resolved once DerivedMesh is
replaced.

Noisy change, but safe, and better do it sooner than later if we are to
rework copying code. Also, previous commit shows this *is* useful to
catch some mistakes.

It's mostly things where the signature in the .h and the actual implementation in the .c do not match. And a bunch functions who do not match the TaskRunFunction declaration cause they leave out the __restrict keyword.

handling).
This commit changes a lot of how IDs are handled internally, especially the unlinking/freeing
processes. So far, this was very fuzy, to summarize cleanly deleting or replacing a datablock
was pretty much impossible, except for a few special cases.
Also, unlinking was handled by each datatype, in a rather messy and prone-to-errors way (quite
a few ID usages were missed or wrongly handled that way).
One of the main goal of id-remap branch was to cleanup this, and fatorize ID links handling
by using library_query utils to allow generic handling of those, which is now the case
(now, generic ID links handling is only "knwon" from readfile.c and library_query.c).
This commit also adds backends to allow live replacement and deletion of datablocks in Blender
(so-called 'remapping' process, where we replace all usages of a given ID pointer by a new one,
or NULL one in case of unlinking).
This will allow nice new features, like ability to easily reload or relocate libraries, real immediate
deletion of datablocks in blender, replacement of one datablock by another, etc.
Some of those are for next commits.
A word of warning: this commit is highly risky, because it affects potentially a lot in Blender core.
Though it was tested rather deeply, being totally impossible to check all possible ID usage cases,
it's likely there are some remaining issues and bugs in new code... Please report them! ;)

Now CD_SHAPEKEY_INDEX customdata is stored in edit-mode when hooks and vertex parents are used.
This also fixes a bug where undo would loose key-index data.
Move to structs for BM_mesh_bm_to/from_me to avoid passing many argument, which mostly aren't used.

painting.
Also system added a brush every time it found no paint brush in the
system which is not what we would want.
Solution:
* Brush panel stays visible always, regardless of whether there is a
brush or not.
* We search for first available brush when we find no brush in paint
struct instead of always generating a new one.
* Generating and searching for a brush take a mode argument now. Needed
some refactoring to users of BKE_paint_init as well.
* Did some style cleanups for paint mode enums.
Patch is big but it's mostly argument refactoring.

This stores loop indices into the loop array giving easier acess
to data such as vertex-colors and UV's,
removing the need to store an MFace duplicate of custom-data.
This doesn't yet move all internal code from MFace to LoopTri just yet.
Only applies to:
- opengl drawing
- sculpting (pbvh)
- vertex/weight paint
Thanks to @psy-fi for review, fixes and improvements to drawing!

We can calculate tangents analytically for bezier curves, so just make
them awesome. New code uses forward differencing calculation for
efficiency just like curve calculation.
