This commit ports the "Set Spline Type" node to the new curves type.
Performance should be improved in similar ways to the other refactors
from the conversion task (T95443). Converting to and from Catmull Rom
curves is now supported. There are a few cases where a lot of work can
be skipped: when the number of points doesn't change, and when the
types already match the goal type.
The refactor has a few other explicit goals as well:
- Don't count on initialization of attribute arrays when they are
first allocated.
- Avoid copying the entire data-block when possible.
- Make decisions about which attributes to copy when changing curves
more obvious.
- Use higher-level methods to copy data between curve points.
- Optimize for the common cases of single types and full selections.
- Process selected curves of the same types in the same loop.

Sometimes it is useful to get the index ranges that are in an index mask.
That is because some algorithms can process index ranges more efficiently
than generic index masks.
Extracting ranges from an index mask is relatively efficient, because it is
cheap to check if a span of indices contains a contiguous range.

Use a shorter/simpler license convention, stops the header taking so
much space.

This adds a new `ParallelMultiFunction` which wraps another multi-function
and evaluates it with multiple threads. The speeds up field evaluation
quite a bit (the effect is most noticeable when the number of evaluations
and the field is large).
There are still other single-threaded performance bottlenecks in field
evaluation that will need to be solved separately. Most notably here
is the process of copying the computed data into the position attribute
in the Set Position node.

This corrects an outdated comment in the vector header and a typo
in the index mask header.

This replaces header include guards with `#pragma once`.
A couple of include guards are not removed yet (e.g. `__RNA_TYPES_H__`),
because they are used in other places.
This patch has been generated by P1561 followed by `make format`.

This updates the usage of integer types in code I wrote according to our new style guides.
Major changes:
* Use signed instead of unsigned integers in many places.
* C++ containers in blenlib use `int64_t` for size and indices now (instead of `uint`).
* Hash values for C++ containers are 64 bit wide now (instead of 32 bit).
I do hope that I broke no builds, but it is quite likely that some compiler reports
slightly different errors. Please let me know when there are any errors. If the fix
is small, feel free to commit it yourself.
I compiled successfully on linux with gcc and on windows.

This makes the code conform better with our style guide.

This also renames `MutableArrayRef` to `MutableSpan`.
The name "Span" works better, because `std::span` will provide
similar functionality in C++20. Furthermore, a shorter, more
concise name for a common data structure is nice.

We plan to use the "blender" namespace in other modules as well.

This adds a new `CPPType` that encapsulates information about how to handle
instances of a specific data type. This is necessary for the function evaluation
system, which will be used to evaluate most of the particle node trees.
Furthermore, this adds an `IndexMask` class which offers a surprisingly useful
abstraction over an array containing unsigned integers. It makes two assumptions
about the underlying integer array:
* The integers are in ascending order.
* There are no duplicates.
`IndexMask` will be used to "select" certain particles that will be
processed in a data-oriented way. Sometimes, operations don't have to
be applied to all particles, but only some, those that are in the indexed by
the `IndexMask`. The two limitations imposed by an `IndexMask` allow for
better performance.
