This replaces header include guards with `#pragma once`.
A couple of include guards are not removed yet (e.g. `__RNA_TYPES_H__`),
because they are used in other places.
This patch has been generated by P1561 followed by `make format`.

Order matters for constraints, but there was no way to change it.
The API follows other collections like idprops and node sockets.

Add Multiply, Divide, Project, Reflect, Distance, Length, Scale, Snap,
Floor, Ceil, Modulo, Fraction, Absolute, Minimum, and Maximum operators
to the Vector Math node. The Value output has been removed from operators
whose output is a vector, and the other way around. All of those removals
has been handled properly in versioning code.
The patch doesn't include tests for the new operators. Tests will be added
in a later patch.

Avoids manually defining 'for' loops that store the next item in the
linked list.
|
|
While \file doesn't need an argument, it can't have another doxy
command after it.
|
|
Move \ingroup onto same line to be more compact and
make it clear the file is in the group.

BF-admins agree to remove header information that isn't useful,
to reduce noise.
- BEGIN/END license blocks
Developers should add non license comments as separate comment blocks.
No need for separator text.
- Contributors
This is often invalid, outdated or misleading
especially when splitting files.
It's more useful to git-blame to find out who has developed the code.
See P901 for script to perform these edits.

This is a change of the BLI_movelisttolist but in reverse order.

This is kind of doesn't matter where macro itself is defined.
We should stick to the following:
- If some macro is actually more an inline function, follow regular
function name conventions.
- If macro is a macro, type it in capitals. Use module prefix if that
helps readability or it if helps avoiding accidents.

LinkList's are a different API, no need to confuse things.
|
|
Quite similar to string ones actually, except more generic. Used in
id_override_static branch currently.
|
|

Those are not depsgraph or C++ specific and can be used by everyone.

Handy to replace an existing link
(without having to store before/after links)
Use for id-props

|
We were calling BLI_remlink and then BLI_insertlinkbefore/after quite often. BLI_listbase_link_move simplifies code a bit and makes it easier to follow. It also returns if link position has changed which can be used to avoid unnecessary updates.
Added it to a number of list reorder operators for now and made use of return value. Behavior shouldn't be changed.
Also some minor cleanup.

This can be used to avoid redundant looping when we only want to know if a list is smaller then some size.
also remove paranoid NULL check in list counting.

Can be much simpler and quicker than using remlink/insert functions.

takes a key as an arg and isnt popping any element from the hash as you might expect).
add BLI_pophead/tail, since getting the first element from a list and removing it is a common task.

now use the active object first if its selected, this means when multiple instances are selected, using the active object gives a predictable outcome.

also add macros for looping on listbases as if they were circular lists which is handy for cycling over items.

from Lawrence D'Oliveiro (ldo)
notes from tracker:
use bool for return type from BLI_remlink_safe, necessitating including BLI_utildefines.h in BLI_listbase.h
get rid of duplicate BLI_insertlink, use BLI_insertlinkafter instead.
A few places which were using BLI_insertlinkafter (actually BLI_insertlink), when it would be simpler to use BLI_insertlinkbefore instead.

also use BLI_findindex for modifiers_indexInObject

a linked list by a pointer.
|
|
* add BLI_rfindlink for reverse index lookup (used so bm.select_history[-1] doesn't have to loop the entire list twice).
* add bm.select_history.active so you can get the last selected item or None without having to check seq length.

without the underscores these clogged up the namespace for autocompleation which was annoying.

name was misleading because the list items were removed from the source list.
