- Added space below non doc-string comments to make it clear
these aren't comments for the symbols directly below them.
- Use doxy sections for some headers.
- Minor improvements to doc-strings.

Since this buffer is used as an array of 12 32bits integers, and C++
string expect a NULL-terminated C-string, we need an extra char to
ensure last one is always NULL.
See D8906. Thanks to @brecht for noting this one too.

Also order sizeof(..) first to promote other values to size_t.

Clang Tidy reported a couple of false positives. I disabled
those `NOLINTNEXTLINE`.

This diff add supports for crash logs on windows for
release builds. This can be toggled on/off with the
`WITH_WINDOWS_PDB` cmake option. by default it is on.
Things to take into consideration:
Release builds are hightly optimized and the resulting
backtraces can be wrong/misleading, take the backtrace
as a general area where the problem resides rather than
an exact location.
By default we ship a minimized symbol file that can only
resolve the function names. This was chosen to strike
a balance between growth in size of the download vs
functionality gained. If more detailed information is
required such as source file + line number information
a full pdb can be shipped by setting `WITH_WINDOWS_STRIPPED_PDB`
to off.

The Release in the title of this diff refers to the
release build type, not the official blender releases.
Initially this will only be enabled for nightly build
bot versions of blender, official releases as of now
will not ship with symbols.

Since OpenImageDenoise requires a CPU with SSE 4.1 or newer,
let the node act as passthrough on unsupported CPUs and display
a message in the node itself.

Some versions of the Windows SDK headers have a dbghelp.h that will emit
C4091 warnings, repress them just this once, since the warn can be helpful

very straightforward: initialize default to the same hard limit as the
RNA properties.
Annoying part is that it's not trivial to make RNA to use same BLI functions,
so leaving that behind for now.

Apply clang format as proposed in T53211.

While \file doesn't need an argument, it can't have another doxy
command after it.

__cpuid comes from intrin.h which was implicitly included somewhere
for msvc builds, but not for clang.

Move \ingroup onto same line to be more compact and
make it clear the file is in the group.

BF-admins agree to remove header information that isn't useful,

- BEGIN/END license blocks
Developers should add non license comments as separate comment blocks.
No need for separator text.
- Contributors
This is often invalid, outdated or misleading
especially when splitting files.
It's more useful to git-blame to find out who has developed the code.
See P901 for script to perform these edits.

This makes the `#include <Windows.h>` use more localised and out of the

Only print backtrace on debug builds, since on release builds there is
only some useless output from a python library and fftw.

We need to register the exception handler slightly differently here, as
well as adding DbgHelp as a library, but according to docs it should be
supported in recent Windows editions (Win XP included even).
We can try it first and revert if there are issues.

Add BLI_system_backtrace()
|
|
There is not much sense to have a whole BLI file just to check SSE2 on CPUs...
So idea is to rename it to more generic "BLI_system", and add to it more system-related
utils, like e.g. an include helper for getpid(), which allows to hide unix/windows
internals from rest of the code...
