These were missed in 70500121b457d which caused reformatting.

No functional changes expected.

Also order sizeof(..) first to promote other values to size_t.

This adds `NOLINT` markers to explicitly silence warnings from Clang-Tidy's
`readability-function-size` rule for versioning functions. Technically
these could be refactored and split up into smaller bits, but generally
they are hardly ever looked at once they're a few releases old.
No functional changes.

The abbreviation 'init' is brief, unambiguous and already used
in thousands of places, also initialize is often accidentally
written with British spelling.

This is to match the option name and to avoid confusion with

Using 'name' for the full path of a file reads badly,
especially when id.name is used in related code.

Part of T74432.
Mostly a careful batch rename but had to do few smaller fixes.
Also ran clang-format on affected files.

Follow up of b2ee1770d4c3 and 10c2254d412d, part of T74432.
Now the area and region naming conventions should be less confusing.

- Use 'BKE_object_defgroup' prefix for object functions.
- Rename 'defvert_verify_index' to 'defvert_ensure_index'
since this adds the group if it isn't found.

Having that extra ID users handling at readfile level, besides generic
one ensured by libquery, has been something bothering me for a long time
(had to fix my share of bugs due to mismatches between those two areas).
Further more, work on undo speedup will require even more complex ID
refcount management if we want to keep it in readfile.c area.
So idea is instead to generalize what we did for linked data already
when undoing: recompute properly usercount numbers after liblink step,
for all IDs.
Note that extra time required here is neglectable in a whole .blend file
reading (few extra milliseconds when loading a full production scene
e.g.).
Notes:
* Some deprecated data (IPOs) are not refcounted at all anymore, this
should not be an issue in pratice since the are supposed to get deleted
after doversion anyway.
* Refcounting happens after `do_versions_after_linking`, i.e those
functions won't get valid ID usercounts currently. Again, this is not a
problem in current code, if needed we could recompute refcount before,
and then ensure `do_versions_after_linoiing()` actually handles properly
usercount, which it does not currently.

A collection of smaller changes that are required in the /blender/source files. A lot of them are also due to variable renaming.

This option from the very beginning of its existence needed more work
to make it work correct and this was never done.
This option was working fine during continuous playback, when there
are no skipped frames, but it was failing when AV-sync of framedrop
was enabled.
It was never working correct when jumping between frames, including
rendering on a farm which usually does frame-range based rendering.
With copy-on-write things became even more tricky, since the "stuck"
flag was never preserved between re-evaluations.

Convention was not to but after discussion on 918941483f7e we agree its
best to change the convention.
Names now mostly follow RNA.
Some exceptions:
- Use 'nodetrees' instead of 'nodegroups'
since the struct is called NodeTree.
- Use 'gpencils' instead of 'grease_pencil'
since 'gpencil' is a common abbreviation in the C code.
Other exceptions:
- Leave 'wm' as it's a list of one.
- Leave 'ipo' as is for versioning.

Most of this code is deprecated for many years already and does not
work at all in Blender 2.8.

Developers should add non license comments as separate comment blocks.

Some features are incompatible with multithreading and reliable evaluation
of dependencies. We are now removing them as part of a bigger cleanup to
fix bugs in keyframing and invalid animation evaluations.
* Dupliframes have been removed. This was a hack added before there were
more powerful features like the array modifier.
* Slow parent has been removed, never worked in 2.8. It was always
unreliable for use in production due to depending on whatever frame was
previously evaluated, which was not always the previous frame.
* Particle instanced objects used to have their transform evaluated at
the particle time. Now it always gets the current time transform.
* Boids can no longer do predictive avoidance of force field objects,
but still for other particles.

- Clear deprecated flags for ID's:
Scene, Sequence, World, Object & Mesh.
- Clear deprecated flags for Spaces: outliner, 3D view & image.
- Remove unused `Mesh.drawflag`
- Remove unused `USER_ALLWINCODECS`, `USER_MMB_PASTE`.
- Remove `V3D_SOLID_TEX` & `V3D_ZBUF_SELECT` - used in a few areas.
- Flip `Object.empty_image_visibility_flag`
(avoids do-version on each new flag)
- Rename 'Backside' -> 'Back' in context of drawing - showing 'Back'
makes sense.

There were at least three copies of those:
- OB_RECALC* family of flags, which are rudiment of an old
dependency graph system.
- PSYS_RECALC* which were used by old dependency graph system
as a separate set since the graph itself did not handle
particle systems.
- DEG_TAG_* which was used to tag IDs.
Now there is a single set, which defines what can be tagged
and queried for an update. It also has some aggregate flags
to make queries simpler.
Lets once and for all solve the madness of those flags, stick
to a single set, which will not overlap with anything or require
any extra conversion.
Technically, shouldn't be measurable user difference, but some
of the agregate flags for few dependency graph components did
change.
