Historically the result of the keying node was violating alpha
pre-multiplication rules in Blender: it was simply overriding
the alpha channel of input.
This change makes it so keying node mixes alpha into the input,
which solves the following issues:
- The result is properly pre-multiplied, no need in separate
alpha-convert node anymore.
- Allows to more easily stack keying nodes.
This usecase was never really investigated, but since previously
alpha is always overwritten it was never possible to easily stack
nodes. Now it is at something to be tried.
Unfortunately, this breaks compatibility with existing files, where
alpha-convert node is to be manually removed.
From implementation side this is done as a dedicated operation since
there was no ready-to-use operation. Maybe in the future it might
be replaced with some sort of vector math node.

This replaces header include guards with `#pragma once`.
A couple of include guards are not removed yet (e.g. `__RNA_TYPES_H__`),
because they are used in other places.
This patch has been generated by P1561 followed by `make format`.

written with British spelling.

Surrounding includes with an 'extern "C"' block is not necessary anymore.
Also that made it harder to add any C++ code to some headers, or include headers
that have "optional" C++ code like `MEM_guardedalloc.h`.
I tested compilation on linux and windows (and got help from @LazyDodo).
If this still breaks compilation due to some linker error, the header containing
the symbol in question is probably missing an 'extern "C"' block.

recent patches re-introduced them.

When creating shaders and using maths functions it is expected that Blender should match functions in other DCC applications, game engines and shading languages such as GLSL and OSL.
This patch adds missing functions to the Blender maths node.
Ideally, it would be nice to have these functions available to vectors too but that is not part of this patch.
This patch adds the following functions trunc, snap, wrap, compare, pingpong, sign, radians, degrees, cosh, sinh, tanh, exp, smoothmin and inversesqrt.
Sign function is based on GLSL and OSL functions and returns zero when x == 0.

operand math operators.
- Reimplemenet the clamp option using graph expansion for Cycles.
- Clean up code and unify naming between Blender and Cycles.

This node is built on Intel's OpenImageDenoise library.
Other denoisers could be integrated, for example Lukas' Cycles denoiser.
Compositor: Made OpenImageDenoise optional, added CMake and build_env files to find OIDN
Compositor: Fixed some warnings in the denoising operator
build_environment: Updated OpenImageDenoise to 0.8.1

In a real world it is very weird to disable AA on a mask,
it will give ugly looking result. For some fast preview
passes (like in the node preview) the system can decide
to disable AA without asking user to do anything.
One thing we can consider doing is to remove Feather
option as well. If real compo becomes measurably slower
in cases when mask has no real feather, we can disable
feather internally, without user input. Disabling
feather in the interface is like making things faster
but giving a wrong result, which doesn't sound that
helpful either.

This patch adds a new matte node that implements the Cryptomatte specification.
It also incluces a custom eye dropper that works outside of a color picker.
Cryptomatte export for the Cycles render engine will be in a separate patch.
