For cleaning old code style as new code usually omit it.

This is a code refactor in preparation of supporting canvas
compositing. See {D12466}.
No functional changes, all canvases are at (0,0) position matching
tiled implementation.

Adds full frame implementation to "Bokeh Image" node, "Track Position"
node, `SetVectorOperation` and `MovieClipAttribute`.
The other nodes in "Input" submenu are implemented separately.
`MovieClipAttribute` needs resolution to calculate its constant value, it can't be constant folded,
which requires it to be a `ConstantOperation`. Now `ConstantOperation` contemplate this case
and any operation that is always constant without depending on inputs should implement it.
If in the future an operation needs to get an input constant element during
`determineResolution` it must first determine its input resolution.
The nodes have no functional changes.

This replaces header include guards with `#pragma once`.
A couple of include guards are not removed yet (e.g. `__RNA_TYPES_H__`),
because they are used in other places.
This patch has been generated by P1561 followed by `make format`.

Apply clang format as proposed in T53211.
For details on usage and instructions for migrating branches
without conflicts, see:

Also remove doxy comments for licenses and add missing GPL header.

BF-admins agree to remove header information that isn't useful,
to reduce noise.
- BEGIN/END license blocks
Developers should add non license comments as separate comment blocks.
No need for separator text.
- Contributors
This is often invalid, outdated or misleading
especially when splitting files.
It's more useful to git-blame to find out who has developed the code.
See P901 for script to perform these edits.

velocity is measured in pixels per frame. It is basically a coordinate
difference of track coordinate at current frame and previous one (no future
prediction happens).
It's not really most intuitive place for such a things, but historically the
node was called this way..
Track velocity could be used to face effects like motion blur bu piping it
to the vector blur node.

in SocketReader.
Distinguish the 3 different methods for acquiring pixel color values (executePixel, executePixelSampled, executePixelFiltered).
This makes it easier to keep track of the different sampling methods (and works nicer with IDEs that do code parsing).

Debug code for graphviz output moved to a dedicated file COM_Debug.h/cpp.
The DebugInfo class has only static functions, which are called from a number of places to keep track of what is happening in the compositor. If debugging is disabled these are just inline stubs, so we
don't need #ifdefs everywhere and don't get any overhead.
The graphviz output is much more useful now. DebugInfo keeps track of node names in a static string map for meaningful names. It uses a number of colors for various special operation classes.
ExecutionGroups are indicated in graphviz with clusters.
Currently the graphviz .dot files are stored in the BLI_temporary_dir() folder. A separate dot file is generated for each stage of the ExecutionGroup scheduling, this is intended to give some idea of the
compositor progress, but could still be improved.
