Related to {D15885} that requires scene parameter
to be added in many places. To speed up the review process
the adding of the scene parameter was added in a separate
patch.

This function is specific to particle-systems which wasn't obvious,
leading to an error in [0] which added UV handling which doesn't make
sense.

8f79fa9c6780 was an attempt to fix this already, but it didn't quite
work. Problem was that the tooltip was messing with the drop-box and
operator properties, setting the name property for its own internal
logic. This name property would then be used rather than the session
UUID to query the material, which gave the wrong material (linking can
result in multiple IDs of the same type with the same name). A followup
commit will further sanitize this.

The current behaviour is to prevent multi-user data from having its
modifier applied.
Instead, with this patch, we now warn the user that if they want to
proceed the object will be made single-user.
Note that this only makes the object data single-user. Not the material
or actions.
As a future step we can apply the same behaviour for the Grease Pencil modifiers

This adds a new sculpt mode to the experimental new curves object.
Currently, this mode can only be entered and exited, nothing else.
The main initial purpose of this node will be to use it for hair grooming.
The patch also adds the `editors/curves/` directory for the new curves
object, which will be necessary for many other things as well.
I added a completely new mode (`OB_MODE_SCULPT_CURVES`), because
`OB_MODE_SCULPT` seems to be rather specific to meshes, and reusing
it doesn't seem worth the trouble. The tools/brushes used in mesh vs.
curves sculpt mode are quite distinct as well.
I had to add DNA_userdef_enums.h to make the patch compile with C++
(forward declaration of enums isn't allowed). This follows the same
pattern that we use for other enums in dna.

Use a shorter/simpler license convention, stops the header taking so
much space.
Follow the SPDX license specification: https://spdx.org/licenses
- C/C++/objc/objc++
- Python
- Shell Scripts
- CMake, GNUmakefile
While most of the source tree has been included
- `./extern/` was left out.
- `./intern/cycles` & `./intern/atomic` are also excluded because they
use different header conventions.
doc/license/SPDX-license-identifiers.txt has been added to list SPDX all
used identifiers.

Adds a button, Update All Paths, to the Motion Paths property tabs and
will always show. The operator goes through all visible objects and
updates their motion paths.
The current implementation has a subtle functional change. Calculating
or updating motion paths for armature objects (through the Object tab,
not Armature tab) now also updates the paths for its bones. We could
preserve the old behavior but it doesn't seem necessary. It seems more
likely that the animator wants to update both anyways.

Creating some primitives allows for a scale value (via python) that will
scale the object accordingly. For objects with a radius parameter
(like cylinders, spheres, etc.) passing a scale different to (1,1,1)
would result in unexpected behavior.
For example:
`>>> bpy.ops.mesh.primitive_uv_sphere_add(radius=2, scale=(1,1,2))`
We would expect this to create a sphere with a radius of 2
(dimensions 4,4,4) and then be scaled *2 along the z-axis
(dimensions 4,4,8). But this would previously create a scaled sphere
with dimensions (2,2,4).
The scale was simply divided by two. Maybe because the "radius"
parameter for creating the primitives was confusingly named "diameter"
(but used as the radius).
The fix adds a scale parameter to `ED_object_new_primitive_matrix`
and also renames the wrongly named "diameter" parameters to "radius".

This patch changes the drop named material tooltip to give feedback to
the user what is going to happen when they invoke the change.
There are 3 states:
* "": Operator will be canceled as not all data is present (dropping on
background.)
* "Drop <named material> on <object name> (slot <slot number>, replacing
<current material in slot>).
* "Drop <named material> on <object name> (slot <slot number).

Consistently return `false` from `ED_object_parent_set()` when parenting
is not possible. Before, when parent and child were the same object, the
function would return `true` even though the parent-child relation was
not made.
Just returning `false` in the `parent == child` case would break the
parenting operator, as `false` stops its loop over all selected objects.
This tight coupling caused T82312. The loop now has its own check for
this, so that it properly continues, and the implementation of
`ED_object_parent_set()` is decoupled from its surrounding code.

interface_templates.c to new ED_object_pose_constraint_list
- rename ED_object_constraint_list_from_context -->
ED_object_constraint_active_list
Also clarify comments on both of these.

Some underlying functionality was not ready for greasepencil:
- BKE_modifiers_get_virtual_modifierlist (now introduce dedicated BKE_gpencil_modifiers_get_virtual_modifierlist)
- BKE_modifiers_is_deformed_by_armature
- checks in drawing code
- checks in (pose) selection code
A couple of changes to make this work:
- `eGpencilModifierType_Armature` has to be respected (not only `eModifierType_Armature`)
- `OB_MODE_WEIGHT_GPENCIL` has to be respected (not only `OB_MODE_WEIGHT_PAINT`) -- (now use new `OB_MODE_ALL_WEIGHT_PAINT`)
- `gpencil_weightmode_toggle_exec` now shares functionality from `wpaint_mode_toggle_exec` -- moved to new `ED_object_posemode_set_for_weight_paint`
This patch will also set the context member "weight_paint_object" for greasepencil (otherwise some appropriate pose operators wont work when in weightpaint mode)

This can be useful to save the result of a cloth simulation as a
shape key without destroying the simulation, so it's possible to
e.g. re-run it to get other shapes, or simply use the new shape
key to start the simulation already in a draped state.
It also makes sense to allow applying as shape key even when the
mesh is shared, because the operation itself just adds a shape
key. To support this, split the apply operator into Apply and
Apply As Shapekey so that they can have different poll callbacks.
