In almost all cases there is no difference between `G.relbase_valid` and checking `G.main->filepath` isn't an empty string. In many places a non-empty string is already being used instead of `G.relbase_valid`. The only situation where this was needed was when saving from `wm_file_write` where they temporarily became out of sync. This has been replaced by adding a new member to `BlendFileWriteParams` to account for saving an unsaved file for the first time. Reviewed By: brecht Ref D13564

It seems possible to switch object selection (if `Lock Object Modes` is turned off) and end up with an object that has a SculptSession but a NULL PBVH. (I was not able to repro from scratch, but file from the report was clearly in that state). This would crash in displaying scene statistics. While there might be a deeper fix (making sure PBVH is available early enough -- possibly using `BKE_sculpt_object_pbvh_ensure`, `sculpt_update_object` or friends), there are also many checks in tools for PBVH, so the situation seems to be somewhat vaild/expected also in other places. So to fix this, just check for a non-NULL PBVH, returning early otherwise. Note: this leaves us with displaying 0/0 Faces & Vertices in the borked case until an operation takes place that updates the PBVH. Generally the evaluated mesh should not be changed, since that is the job of the modifier stack. Current code is far from const correct in that regard. This commit uses a const variable for the reult of `BKE_object_get_evaluated_mesh` in some cases. The most common remaining case is retrieving a BVH tree from the mesh.

To draw the overlay stats in columns the strings must be measured to find the longest one. In some circumstances this measurement can be incorrect. We draw the text with a specific size yet do not explicitly set the size before calling BLF_size. This patch properly sets the size so that the measurement will match what will be used for output. Event though in practice this wasn't causing problems as the fixed size buffers are generally large enough not to truncate text. Using the result from `snprint` or `BLI_snprintf` to step over a fixed size buffer allows for buffer overruns as the returned value is the size needed to copy the entire string, not the number of bytes copied. Building strings using this convention with multiple calls: ofs += BLI_snprintf(str + ofs, str_len_max - ofs); .. caused the size argument to become negative, wrapping it to a large value when cast to the unsigned argument.

This adds the vertex and face count info to the scene stats in sculpt mode. These stats count the active vertices and faces in the sculptsession for the active object. `WM_operator_properties_filesel()` allows C operators to set a display or sort type for the File Browser to use. But the File Browser would always override that because of an invalid `_is_set()` check. (The operators don't actually set the value, they only set the property's default value.) The only operator affected by this is "Recover Auto Save". It is supposed to show a vertical list ordered chronologically. It used settings from the previous File Browser usage before this patch. Operators using the File Browser should generally use `FILE_DEFAULTDISPLAY`/`FILE_SORT_DEFAULT` now, except if they have a reason not to. See comments at their definition. ---- This makes it so operators that set a different display or sort type don't change the sort or display type for the next File Browser operation.
