Use a shorter/simpler license convention, stops the header taking so
much space.
Follow the SPDX license specification: https://spdx.org/licenses
- C/C++/objc/objc++
- Python
- Shell Scripts
- CMake, GNUmakefile
While most of the source tree has been included
- `./extern/` was left out.
- `./intern/cycles` & `./intern/atomic` are also excluded because they
use different header conventions.
doc/license/SPDX-license-identifiers.txt has been added to list SPDX all
used identifiers.

BF-admins agree to remove header information that isn't useful,

Developers should add non license comments as separate comment blocks.
No need for separator text.

It's more useful to git-blame to find out who has developed the code.

Error: `origin` and `edge` args were swapped in final `FindOccludee()` call of `ViewMapBuilder::ComputeRayCastingVisibility()`
Cleanup: main for loop in `Strip::createStrip()` was really confusing (though correct),
generated a false positive in coverity scan, now should be cleaner how it loops over its vprev/v/v2
triplet of consecutive items.

Removed the previous changes for passing a line style through the Controller, and
revised the BlenderTextureShader to assign the shader node tree of a line style
(if specified) to strokes. This way the assignment of shading nodes can be done
through both the Freestyle GUI and Python scripting.

Patch contribution by Paolo Acampora. Thank you!

When strokes do not have textures assigned, UV coordinates are not computed now.
This will save a bit of time and space in stroke rendering.

The crash was due to an out-of-range vertex index reference that occured while
computing texture coordinates of strokes with tips.

Seems to be some sort of namespace conflict or so which is
solved by reshuffling the includes a bit.

A crash in the Freestyle renderer was reported by Ton on IRC with a stack trace
below. Note that #2 is in Freestyle, whereas #1 is in the compositor. The problem
was observed in a debug build on OS X 10.7 (gcc 4.2, openmp disabled, no llvm).

Apparently a name conflict between the two Blender modules is taking place.
The present commit hence intends to address it by putting all the Freestyle C++
classes in the namespace 'Freestyle'. This revision will also prevent potential
name conflicts with other Blender modules in the future.
Special thanks to Lukas Toenne for the help with C++ namespace.

occasional unexpected long lines.
1. The Parameter Editor mode was extended to prevent strokes from
doing quick U-turns that "enable" a known bug in strip creation
that generates unexpected long lines in question.
2. A verbose warning message was added to make the existence of
the strip creation bug visible to users. When the bug affects the
stroke rendering, the following warning shows up in the console:
> Warning: problem in strip creation (the strip is most likely doing a U-turn).
3. The extrapolation option of CurveMapping (used in alpha and
thickness modifiers in the Parameter Editor mode) was identified
as another source of unexpected long lines. Now the extrapolation
option is unconditionally disabled (even when users enable it
through the GUI).

original Freestyle:
* Fix for making the stroke construction more robust to nearly
overlapping vertices.
* Fix for a bug in the computation of the occluded surfaces.
These changes make the visibility computation more robust and
the line quality generally higher.
