The owning ID reference of RNA pointers is supposed to point at the
ID container that owns the object, but for PoseBone.bone it wasn't
updated to point at the Armature data ID instead of Armature Object.
This caused issues, like pose_bone.bone.driver_add() adding the
driver to the Armature Object animation data, which violates the
intended design of the animation data structures.
Since RNA code generally assumes that all pointers that don't
refer directly to an ID remain within the current ID, a custom
getter is required to fix this.

- Many factor properties were set to PROP_NONE,
even properties that had 'Factor' in the name!
- Some time properties were not set to PROP_TIME,
especially in Particles.
- Changed motion_blur_shutter to use a soft max value of 1 instead of 2.
Anything > 1 here is not physically correct
and makes no real logical sense.
- Changed display name of Dynamic Paint dissolve_speed to Dissolve Time,
since it's a time property, not speed.

Developers should add non license comments as separate comment blocks.
No need for separator text.

It's more useful to git-blame to find out who has developed the code.

There were at least three copies of those:
- OB_RECALC* family of flags, which are rudiment of an old
dependency graph system.
- PSYS_RECALC* which were used by old dependency graph system
as a separate set since the graph itself did not handle
particle systems.
- DEG_TAG_* which was used to tag IDs.
Now there is a single set, which defines what can be tagged
and queried for an update. It also has some aggregate flags
to make queries simpler.
Lets once and for all solve the madness of those flags, stick
to a single set, which will not overlap with anything or require
any extra conversion.
Technically, shouldn't be measurable user difference, but some
of the agregate flags for few dependency graph components did
change.

There were two issues here:
* cutsom_shape_transform was not properly tagged as not-owned pointer.
* custom_shape_transform and bbone_start/_end could be set to a pchan from
another data-block (not from UI, but RNA access code itself allowed it).
Those two issues were specificaly breaking complex rigs in static
override case.
EDIT: since yesterday, bbone_start/_end are mere accessors to edit_bone
data in RNA, so most of fix related to those was ditched (they still needed
to be 'deactivated' from RNA diffing with PROPOVERRIDE_NO_COMPARISON).

Custom handle settings actually affect the B-Bone rest shape,
so they should be changed in Edit mode rather than Pose mode.
This is necessary to be able to display the correct rest shape
of the bone in Edit Mode.
Also, instead of flags, introduce an enum to specify the handle
operation modes, so that new ones could be added later.

Previously it was hardcoded to one row. These icons are colored with the
text color. Changes include some refactoring.
|
|
Some constraints have an option to take the final bezier shape of
the target B-Bone into account. This shape usually depends on two
other bones in addition to the target itself, so the graph should
include the relevant dependencies.

Access to main database is actually rarely needed, but some custom
'apply' functions do need it (like Collections' overriding of objects or
children collections).
|
|
This is unused currently, but is mandatory for incomming support to
Collections objects and children items override support.

Again, we cannot actually get rid of G_MAIN global access here, so in
most case just 'marked' them as valid, and added assert checks to ensure
we do only work with IDs in G_MAIN in those cases.

* Added Main pointer into bAnimContext, helps a lot in anim code ;)

We are already running out of available flags in main, generic int, and
everytime I work on static override I find new special cases that will
need new specific propflag, so...

While testing UI_OT_reset_default_button, discovered that using
Reset to Default Values on bone locations didn't work. Turns out
to be missing update on this property. So, this is probably
dependent on the property used.

editing of inserted items in collections.
Now insertable collection items have a flag to say they are 'local' (and
hence can be freely edited).
|
|
Does not yet support applying those operations, only detecting
insertions and generating matching rules was already rather complicated.
Also got rid of ;ost rna_path string allocation in collection diffing
code, could help a bit with speed too.

This flag means that the pointer does not 'own' the data it references.
This is the case of nearly all ID RNA pointers (NodeTrees will probably
again be some nasty exception here :( ), but also several other cases.
That kind of information is mandatory for complex processing over whole
data-blocks done in RNA, like some static override tasks (advanced
comparison...).

You can now override loc/rot/scale of objects and posebones.
Also added a basic operator to make an override of active linked object,
but this is very limited/wip/testing feature (you have to manually override
object and its armature, and relink to proper local overrides
yourself...). Final 'make proxy killer' will be much more automated of
course.

Things like `BLI_uniquename` had nothing, but really nothing to do in
BLI_path_util files!
Also, got rid of length limitation in `BLI_uniquename_cb`, we can use
alloca here to avoid overhead of malloc while keeping free size (within
reasonable limits of course).

internal flags.
This gives us 9 flags available again for properties (we had none anymore),
and also makes things slightly cleaner.
To simplify (and make more clear the differences between mere properties
and function parameters), also added RNA_def_parameter_flags function (and
its clear counterpart), to be used instead of RNA_def_property_flag for
function parameters.
This patch is also a big cleanup (some RNA function definitions were
still using 'prop' PropertyRNA pointer, etc.).
And yes, am aware this will be annoying for all branches, but we really need
to get new flags available for properties (will need at least one for override, etc.).

This commit allows RNA properties to return additional info on their editable state which may then be displayed in tooltips. To show how it works, it also adds some info for the editable check of proxies. For generally un-editable properties or properties of a linked data-block, RNA returns default strings.
