These functions provided little benefit compared to simply setting
the function pointers directly.

This is the conventional way of dealing with unused arguments in C++,
since it works on all compilers.

Previously there was a special extraction process for "vertex colors"
that copied the color data to the GPU with a special format. Instead,
this patch replaces this with use of the generic attribute extraction.
This reduces the number of code paths, allowing easier optimization
in the future.
To make it possible to use the generic extraction system for attributes
but also assign aliases for use by shaders, some changes are necessary.
First, the GPU material attribute can now store whether it actually refers
to the default color attribute, rather than a specific name. This replaces
the hack to use `CD_MCOL` in the color attribute shader node. Second,
the extraction code checks the names against the default and active
names and assigns aliases if the request corresponds to a special active
attribute. Finally, support for byte color attributes was added to the
generic attribute extraction.

Fall back onto the old behavior (use the render
color attribute) if the vertex color node's
attribute name is blank.

Overwriting UV map or vertex color data in Geometry nodes will move the
layers to another CustomData channel, and as such, will make attribute
lookup fail from the UVMap and Vertex Color nodes in EEVEE as the
CustomDataType will also be modified (i.e. no longer `CD_MTFACE` or
`CD_MCOL`).
As discussed in T93179, the solution is to use `CD_PROP_AUTO_FROM_NAME`
so that the render engine is able to find the attributes. This also makes
EEVEE emulate Cycles behaviour in this regard. `attr_load_uv` and
`attr_load_color` are also removed in favor of the generic attribute
API in the various GLSL shaders.
Although `CD_PROP_AUTO_FROM_NAME` is now used even for UV maps, the
active UV map is still used in case the attribute name is empty, to
preserve the old behavior.

color attribute system.
This commit removes sculpt colors from experimental
status and unifies it with vertex colors. It
introduces the concept of "color attributes", which
are any attributes that represents colors. Color
attributes can be represented with byte or floating-point
numbers and can be stored in either vertices or
face corners.
Color attributes share a common namespace
(so you can no longer have a floating-point
sculpt color attribute and a byte vertex color
attribute with the same name).

Some collections needed to be iterated over to count their length.
Provide a function to check if the collection is empty to avoid this.

Use a shorter/simpler license convention, stops the header taking so
much space.

Currently, most node buttons are defined in `drawnode.cc` however,
this is inconvenient because it requires editing many files when adding new nodes.
The goal is to minimize the number of files needed to add or update a node.
This commit moves most of the node layout functions for shader nodes into their respected
source/blender/nodes/shader/nodes file.
In the future, these functions will be simplified to node_layout.
Some nodes were left in `drawnode.cc` as this would require duplicating code
while this is likely fine it is best to leave that to a seperate commit.

Now that all shader nodes are converted to CPP
this header can now be made into a CPP header.

Instead let cmake determine the path for file includes
|

This flag is only used a few small cases, so instead
of setting the flag for every node only set the
required flag for the nodes that require it.
Mostly the flag is used to set `ntype.flag = NODE_PREVIEW`
For nodes that should have previews by default which
is only some compositor nodes and some texture nodes.
The frame node also sets the `NODE_BACKGROUND` flag.
All other nodes were setting a flag of 0 which has no purpose.

The original move to c++ that the other commits depended upon had some issues
that should be fixed before committing it again. The issues were reported in
T93797, T93809 and T93798.
We should also find a better rule for not using c-style casts going forward,
although that wouldn't have been reason enough to revert the commits.
Introducing something like a `MEM_new<T>` and `MEM_delete<T>`
function might help with the the most common case of casting the return
type of `MEM_malloc`.
Going forward, I recommend first committing the changes that don't
require converting files to c++. Then convert the shading node files
in smaller chunks. Especially don't mix fairly low risk changes like
moving some simple nodes, with higher risk changes.

Follow up on rB1df8abff257030ba79bc23dc321f35494f4d91c5
This puts all static functions in geometry node files into a new
namespace. This allows using unity build which can improve
compile times significantly
- The namespace name is derived from the file name.
That makes it possible to write some tooling that checks the names later on.
The filename extension (cc) is added to the namespace name as well.
This also possibly simplifies tooling but also makes it more obvious that this namespace is specific to a file.
- In the register function of every node, I added a namespace alias namespace `file_ns = blender::nodes::node_shader_*_cc`;.
This avoids some duplication of the file name and may also simplify tooling, because this line is easy to detect.
The name `file_ns` stands for "file namespace" and also indicates that this namespace corresponds to the current file.
In the future some nodes will be split up to separate files and given their own namespace
This will allow function names to be simplified similar to rBfab39440e94
