No functional changes
|

This addresses warnings from Clang-Tidy's `readability-else-after-return`
rule in the `source/blender/python` module.
No functional changes.

This was not set anywhere, code relies on MLOOPUV_VERTSEL everywhere.
BMLoopUV.select_edge was never returning True and wasnt updating uv
select state when set manually.
Afaict, there were no official Addons using this from python.

- Use 'BKE_object_defgroup' prefix for object functions.
- Rename 'defvert_verify_index' to 'defvert_ensure_index'
since this adds the group if it isn't found.

Also correct some outdated symbol references,
add missing 'name' commands.

This reverts commit a01bcfa6366f893fbc8fdbf537d91ece4832ea03.
This causes MSVC2019 build to fail with error C2059
Unfortunately this means we have to put up with bad formatting
in Python structs.

clang-format doesn't expand macros,
add semicolon to prevent misleading formatting.
|
|
|
|
Apply clang format as proposed in T53211.
For details on usage and instructions for migrating branches
without conflicts, see:

While \file doesn't need an argument, it can't have another doxy
command after it.
|
|
Move \ingroup onto same line to be more compact and
make it clear the file is in the group.
|
|
Needed for clan-format not to wrap onto one line.

BF-admins agree to remove header information that isn't useful,
to reduce noise.
- BEGIN/END license blocks
Developers should add non license comments as separate comment blocks.
No need for separator text.
- Contributors
This is often invalid, outdated or misleading
especially when splitting files.
It's more useful to git-blame to find out who has developed the code.
See P901 for script to perform these edits.

Prevents clang-format merging into a single line.
|

Makes it simpler to make some changes...
Also fix order of some includes (use alphabetical please).

Terms get/set don't make much sense when casting values.
Name macros so the conversion is obvious,
use common prefix for easier completion.

- SET_INT_IN_POINTER -> POINTER_FROM_INT
- GET_UINT_FROM_POINTER -> POINTER_AS_UINT

Avoids setting exceptions inline,
also use Matrix_ParseAny for bmesh.ops.
Some inline exceptions are kept because they show useful details.

- MTexPoly structure & layer type.
- The 'Mesh.uv_textures' layers.
- DerivedMesh TexFace drawing.
- Scripts & UI.
|
|
TexFace complicates the now more popular shading pipeline by having
per-face images, see: T51382 for details.
To keep the ability to select a per-material edit-image
(used with UV-mapping workflow), the material now stores an image
which will be set when changing images in edit-mode.
This is used as a bake-target when not using Cycles too.

Setting all values of a tuple is such a common operation that it deserves its own macro.
Also added Py_INCREF_RET to avoid confusing use of comma operator.
|

remove 'type' argument, very few mathutils objects are wrapped,
add new function for creating wrapped objects.
also fixes unlikely memory leak if the data-array can't be allocated.

Hopefully this time all mismatches are fixed (quickly checked the whole BMesh API files,
found a few others in addition to those reported in T38150).
