	Use a shorter/simpler license convention, stops the header taking so much space. Follow the SPDX license specification: https://spdx.org/licenses - C/C++/objc/objc++ - Python - Shell Scripts - CMake, GNUmakefile While most of the source tree has been included - `./extern/` was left out. - `./intern/cycles` & `./intern/atomic` are also excluded because they use different header conventions. doc/license/SPDX-license-identifiers.txt has been added to list SPDX all used identifiers. 	Python scripts can now define the reason it's poll function fails using: `Operator.poll_message_set(message, ...)` This supports both regular text as well as delaying message creation using a callback which should be used in situations where constructing detailed messages is too much overhead for a poll function. 2021-03-08	PyAPI: add bpy.types.BlendFile.temp_data for temporary library loading	Campbell Barton
	This adds support for creating a `BlendFile` (internally called `Main`), which is limited to a context. Temporary data can now be created which can then use `.libraries.load()` the same as with `bpy.data`. To prevent errors caused by mixing the temporary ID's with data in `bpy.data` they are tagged as temporary so they can't be assigned to properties, however they can be passed as arguments to functions.
