This commit mainly: * Exposes PreviewImage struct in RNA, including ways for user to set images data. * Adds a new kind of PreviewImage, using a file path and IMB_thumb to get image. * Adds a new kind of custom icon using PreviewImage, unrelated to ID previews system. * Adds a python API (utils.previews) to allow python scripts to access those custom previews/icons. Note that loading image from files' thumbnails is done when needed (deferred loading), not when defining the custom preview/icon. WARNING: for release addons who would want to use this, please keep it to a strict minimum, really needed level. We do not want our UI to explode under hundreds of different flashy icons! The issue was caused by the changed defaults from the Cycles side. Because of those properties being saved as an IDProp and not being saved to the file, every change to the defaults would ruin someone's day updating the values. Added a bpy.app.handler.version_update which is run after the regular do_versions() are done and could be sued by the scripts to apply versioning code on their settings. As per decisions taken the last few days, there are no pie menus included and there will be an official add-on including overrides of some keys with pie menus. Current temporary data of Blender suffers one major issue - default 'temp' dir on Windows is never automatically cleaned up, and can end being quite big when used by Blender, especially when we have to store per-process data (using getpid() in file names). To address this, this patch: * Divides tempdir paths in two, one for 'base' temp dir (the same as previous unique tempdir path), the other is a mkdtemp-generated sub-dir, specific to each Blender instance. * Only uses base tempdir when we need some shallow persistance accross Blender sessions - and we always reuse the same filename (quit.blend...) or generate small file (crash reports...). * Uses temp sub-dir for heavy files like pointcache or renderEXRs (Save Buffer option). * Erases temp sub-dir on quit or crash. To get this working it also adds a working 'recursive delete' to BLI_delete() under Windows. Note that, as in current code, the 'recover render result' hack-feature that was possible with SaveBuffer option is still removed. A real renderresult cache feature will be added soon, though. - Re-arrange locks, so no actual memory allocation (which is relatively slow) happens from inside the lock. operation system will take care of locks which might be needed there on it's own. - Use spin lock instead of mutex, since it's just list operations happens from inside lock, no need in mutex here. - Use atomic operations for memory in use and total used blocks counters. This makes guarded allocator almost the same speed as non-guarded one in files from Tube project. There're still MemHead/MemTail overhead which might be bad for CPU cache utilization

Because of our release soon, feature has been added behind the Debug Menu. CTRL+ALT+D and set it to -1. Or commandline --debug-value -1. When debug set to -1, you can put the viewport to 'render' mode, just like for Cycles. Notes for testers: (and please no bugs in tracker for this :) - It renders without AA, MBlur, Panorama, Sequence, Composite - Only active render layer gets rendered. Select another layer will re-render. - But yes: it works for FreeStyle renders! - Also does great for local view. - BI is not well suited for incremental renders on view changes. This only works for non-raytrace scenes, or zoom in ortho or camera mode, or for Material changes. In most cases a full re-render is being done. - ESC works to stop the preview render. - Borders render as well. (CTRL+B) - Force a refresh with arrow key left/right. A lot of settings don't trigger re-render yet. Tech notes: - FreeStyle is adding a lot of temp objects/meshes in the Main database. This caused DepsGraph to trigger changes (and redraws). I've prepended the names for these temp objects with char number 27 (ESC), and made these names be ignored for tag update checking. - Fixed some bugs that were noticable with such excessive re-renders, like for opening file window, quit during renders.
