* include/applets.h (CONFIG_LOSETUP): New.
* include/usage.h (losetup_trivial_usage, losetup_full_usage): New. * util-linux/Makefile: Add losetup.o. * util-linux/config.in: Add losetup prompt. * util-linux/losetup.c: New.
