Dolphin_srv: fix state load on startup (#731)
* Dolphin_srv: fix dolphin state load on startup * Dolphin: new sync and async API, state autosave. Makefile: properly escaped asterisks. Co-authored-by: Aleksandr Kutuzov <alleteam@gmail.com>
