OpenXR SDK 1.0.25 (2022-09-02)HEADrelease-1.0.25main

This release contains a few specification clarifications and consistency
improvements, as well as some new vendor extensions. The OpenXR loader
for Android now supports API layers packaged in the application APK,
which is important for running the conformance tests, and which may also
be used for running with the validation layer enabled during application
development, for example. The loader design doc has been updated
accordingly. The spec generation toolchain scripts have been
synchronized with Vulkan. Hello_XR now models the recommended approach
for selecting an environment blend mode, among other fixes.
