Update support policy (#1722)
* Update support policy - Extend LTS to minimum of three years - Define Current -> LTS as three months - Define 1.x EOL dates * Update microsoft-support.md * Add link to earlier definition of LTS * Update microsoft-support.md * Update microsoft-support.md * Update microsoft-support.md * Update 2.1 EOL statement
