clonefs: Fix cpignore handling to not race with other bulks.
This was writing a .cpignore file in the *source* directory. Now with
the new cpdup we can just create our own .cpignore with paths matching
the relative path passed to cpdup.
An odd fallout from this was /libexec (and all the nullfs paths missing
from a jail):
ELF interpreter /libexec/ld-elf.so.1 not found, error 2
[00:00:03] [00:00:02] [Dry Run] Error: Unable to execute id(1) in jail. Emulation or ABI wrong.
