Custom css files can be put under the static/css/ directory
and the file name which should be included can be set as a
parameter in the config file.
Hugo v0.57 introduced a breaking change in mainSections.
Using .Site.RegularPages for the home page to resolve the issue.
mainSections is meant for the homepage.
