Fix for long report titles overflowing on PDF reports (#19694)
* Use TCPDF multicell for report title and date, crop title in footer
* Tweaks to title page layout
* Updated expected test result
* Tweak layout to match original
* Updated expected test results
* Adjust tests to cover a very long site & report name
* updates expected test files
