* MonoDevelop.AspNet.Parser/DocumentReferenceManager.cs: Implement
full type lookup and listing mechanisms for controls registered in
web.config. Enables full code completion for these controls. Fixes
"Bug 470488 - Controls registered in web.config do not have code
completion".
