hwmon: (pmbus) Introduce PMBUS symbol namespace
Exported pmbus symbols are only supposed to be used from PMBus code. Introduce PMBUS symbol namespace to prevent misuse from other code. Signed-off-by: Guenter Roeck <linux@roeck-us.net>
