Failure to create a file handle now stores the path of the file not opened in the extended error code.
Implemented temporary_files_directory() and file_handle::temp_inode(). This should clear the way for testing shared_fs_mutex::memory_map.
Templatised shared_fs_mutex::memory_map with previously hardcoded config.hpp
Should be ready to go for writing unit tests for shared_fs_mutex::memory_map tomorrow, yay.
