Change anchor links behavior and a few tweaks
* Anchor links will now be appended to headings from
level 2 to 6
* Minor adjustments to footnote return links
* Add some loops in the main.scss to reduce repetition
* Update config.toml from exampleSite, theme.toml and README
* Add default minlength value (140) for message field in
the contact form
