Improve security and speed, remove example site and other changes
* Remove inline style and script tags (to allow strict CSP)
* Remove innerHTML from scripts (to allow strict CSP)
* Remove example site (exampleSite)
* Bump KaTeX from 0.12.0 to 0.13.11
* Make KaTeX auto-render extension configuration easier
* Change the default accent colors
* Update some showcase images
* Other minor changes
