Last minute UI fix:
* Vert/Edge/Face select buttons looked crappy when in EditMode and Wireframe shading. Fixed it. This commit makes the View3D Template a bit narrower in general, but it's very minor, should be no problem. This also fixes some weird increase/decrease of the 3D Mode selector menu when toggling between Textured/Solid and Wireframe/Boundbox shading.
