* New and improved voxel interpolation methods, from Alfredo.
Now there is (in order of speed):
* Nearest neighbour (very rough quality)
* Linear (medium quality)
* Quadratic (good quality)
* Cubic Catmull-rom (very good quality, crisp)
* Cubic B-spline (very good quality, smooth)
